Returns and Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange:
- If exchanging for the same product, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
- If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a coupon code.
- Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds once an order is placed, except in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.
We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of damage.
It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
